That's probably reasonably normal variance and error in the reader. While my meter measures to 0.01 ohms, I'm certain the error band is much higher than that.
Also, digital isn't analog. It'd be normal for 0.75 ohms to flip between 0.8 and 0.7 as even the slightest flutter can cause it to shift one way or the other. The 0.6 would be a bit anomalous there, but an error of 0.1 isn't that big for most purposes. For sub-ohm, it may be an issue.
