OHMs reader

Just got Vamo V2 ss in post this morning, looks and feels lovely. however have a 2.4 OHM CE 4clearomiser on it, whenmtrying to check the metre it readsmany where between 4.5 and 7.1 Ohms. Obviously this gives gives a really strong burnt taste in VW mode. Any advice on what could be causing this.

sometimes being screwed on too tight will cause the meter to read wrong. dont know why but i get it with my geni tanks, reads all over the place until i back them off a little.

Did just read through a load of stuff about pushing the centre pin in too far and then having to replace washers, but this seems to be a bit scary. Getting really muted flavours from juices that go just fine on other batteries. Bit disappointed but sure It can be worked out.

i use only rebuildables so cant comment on the flavors. every device i use works the same no matter the mod i use.

but so far this is my second vamov2 and no issues with the pin, i think it is more on the new v3.
