Oil residue in sealed atomizers?

I just ordered a 5 pack of white 901 atomizers last week and pulled one out to check it. There appears to be some kind of oily residue inside the sealed atomizer package, and by that I mean all over the atomizer itself inside the individual packaging. I've ordered before and have not seen this previously.

Is it supposed to be there?

I have had this too and I am not sure why it happens sometimes and sometimes not but it is the primer that is put in the atty.

they have e liquid put into them at the factory.. it is simply e liquid nothing nasty..

an atomizer will not work without this fluid first put into it.. its commonly called the factory prime..

the way it works.. make atomizer.. put five or six drops of e liquid into the atomizer.. this soaks the wire wool in the atomizer.. customer pops in cart and off it all goes..

without the initial prime nothing would work.. some of it sometimes leaks out into the sealed packet.. its nothing to worry about..

Thanks for the replies. I was mainly concerned with the amount of the liquid in some of the atomizers, they are practically swimming. Should I leave them sealed or will corrosion be an issue over extended period of time?

e liquid dosnt corrode things just give them a wipe when you unseal the packet..
