In a tank, the juice will cook around the coils, and sometimes, especially after a refill, you'll notice different shades to the color, or the tanked/cooked juice and the fresh juice. Just give it a shake to mix it together.

Ingredients do separate, and that is why it's recommended to shake your juice daily as well as right before filling your device. If it sets in the device overnight, it doesn't hurt to twirl or shake to mix it together again.

Never noticed in the past with any of my ejuice, but lately I have been vaping maraschino cherry and noticed an oily appearance in my tank with it. Is it normal? It somewhat will separate if I leave it sit. Is there something wrong with the juice or is this a normal thing with some juices?

It could be that One or Some of the Flavorings in that e-Liquid are Oil Based.

You might e-Mail the Vendor you got it from and Ask them if it is.
