My computer USB ports are come & go. I mean they cut in & out for no apparent reason. Probably the motherboard searching for a driver for this foreign device it finds attached (it’s a pretty sophisticated motherboard).

Before I discovered this anomaly, I assumed the problem was due to defective PT’s.

So I conducted experiments with KR808 (manual and auto), and 510 pass-through’s I have now accumulated 8 PT’s (two of them actually were bad).

Once I became aware of the comp/USB problem, I bought 2 wall/USB adapters. The first two were Joye PT specific, and would not work with my other PT’s (the online vendor conveniently failed to mention that fact!).

The next 2 were 5v @ 2a car cigarette lighter adapters, and with 2 ac>dc wall to cigarette lighter adapters, rendering 12v @ .5a. The Cig Lighters worked great in the car, but when I attached the adapter for house use, they were too low in amps (12v @ .5a).

The next two adapters were 5v @ 2a plug-ins. They were frying my cartos – too many amps for the way I vape.

The next two adapters were 5v @ 1.5a plug-ins. At last! A Sweet spot, tailored to my personal vaping habits!

Along the way I fried two devices trying to mod them with various garage-found ac-dc adapters.

So, final satisfaction cost 8 pt’s, and 10 adapters, 4 high energy 510 PT batteries, two USB extension cords, one USB male/female adapter, and one 4 port USB hub. All at a total cost of $450.00. Not including any shipping charges, dangerous self-modifying liabilities, or personal distress time.

Hell no. I ain’t no rookie. I have paid my tuition for e-cig sophomore status, with a minor in electronic technology.

Now. About e-juice………..
