Hmm I don't have any sugar cream, but I do have pound cake, bavarian cream, ethyl malto, and some vanilla bean ice cream.. not sure..
The ethyl malto adds sweetness and enhances flavor. The Bavarian cream and ice cream might be interesting in you mix since I think what you want is a creamier flavor instead of the fruit punch thing. I've almost got a great Pina Colada. Stay tuned! LOL
