140 is a decent price is it really is like new and has a led light. I personally agree that for 30 bucks more you get a year warranty which is always awesome especially for new vapers. Pro-vari's don't sell much lower than 140 used. I have a mini and will say it's a amazing mod and never lets me down.
I would say just get one from ProVape.
Since you aren't Verified, if you bought one from a Member here via PM instead of from a Classified listing, you have zero recourse if they stiff you. This has happened recently.

I've read that and thought it was very nice. Other the other side of the coin, I was doing some research on a mechanical mod and found a thread in their sub-forum dedicated to how much they dislike ProVari owners. The members were even encouraging each other to go to threads in the ProVari sub-forum and post inflammatory comments. How pleasant. I guess I won't be asking any questions about the mod's performance because I don't want to talk to them.
Well, I saw from reading in another sub-forum that the OP did in fact get his Mini Provari. We'll see if he posts his first impressions.
