make sure he "smokes" it on the bbq pit. It's so good!
The guys "smoke" it for 8 hours to get the smoke ring and it is so worth the wait.

haha! It's delish! There's a cheese house 2 blocks away that is owned by my father-in-law's friend... hubby helps out there sometimes and he ALWAYS brings home fresh cheese curds if he's helping on Tuesdays (the day they make them)! They are usually gone the same day, my kids both love it and hubby the most, I barely get any! hahaha
