I hope so! What I want to see happen is for Big tobacco to feel the pinch of more people switching to E-cigs, decide to get in on the game by making E-cigs and putting pressure on Health Canada to stop being douchebags and get on board already.

I can dream. :)

You gotta think that the Big tobacco is feeling some type of hit because their prices are through the ROOF! E-cigs is taking off, so I bet it is just a matter of time before Health Canada sees this...OR....you could just move to Dallas!!!!! Bring the Family!

I can dream. :)

FYI, I just switched my juice to the RY4 (tobacco flavor), so there still is a little mix of cinnamon redhot and tobacco and it is really nice on the throat. I think I wore that Apple Cinnamon Redhot flavor out HAHAHA...heck I pretty much vaped it for 3 days straight and did a little bit of peppermint, and sampled some of the others I have here with my Lil Momma...which by the way is a Ego-T LOL...I had no idea HAH! Gonna have to fix it up right.

I was ignorant and started with the South Beach type on the evening of July 15th . It came with 16 strength tobacco flavor that is sweet. Saturday afternoon, 7-16,:2cool::vapor: I had my last analog. Well, I did take a drag off of one, but handed it right back.

Yesterday afternoon my e-Power arrived, and today after work, I found my new flavors in the hot at heck mailbox. Yeah, Abilene area is scorching as well, sorry to say. Day 3 was hard for me, too. I did crave and vape too heavily that day. I had a headache and neck ache most of the day until I finally backed off a bit. It helped!

I really am excited about the Kona Creme flavor I am trying now. Of course, I love coffee so not a surprise there. I commend you on how well you are doing! Way to go!!!

Congrats all for avoiding the analogs!

FYI - I did experience some cig withdrawal. It was about week 2ish if I remember correctly. Lasted a week or two, but powered through it with the e-cigs and didn't look back. It's mild, and you get over it. Vaping is a great substitute since it has all the actions as well as the nic.

Hang in there. Congrats OP, and you too Laffs. @Laffs... post your story in the main thread and talk it up a bit to get your post count up. Then you can post in other sub-forums!

Cheers!

Yep have the body aches or had them...they are not so bad now that I am home. The heat in Texas I'm sure is not helping anybody right now. I am taking it easy on the vaping tonight and just trying to relax a bit and not stalk the mailman for the new flavors I am waiting on HAHA:blush:

Yeah, remember when we told ourselves how much money we were going to save immediately?
Before we found ECF? Oh, the flavors! The neat stuff the pros talk about... I just got a package in today, and I'm hitting the deals thread checking out specials again.

:D Oh, I'm sure we'd all have tons of fun in the blazing Texas sun. :)

My first Juicy Vapor shipment arrived today, so I think I'm vaping myself into a stupor and writing my reviews of each down so I can post Part 1 of my mega JV roundup in the juice reviews section. Liking some so far, not liking others. ProTip: Don't order bacon. Ever. If you value your life, your family, and your reproductive capabilities, just don't.

:blink::blink: Bacon? Errr, no.

I love the Kona Creme from Mad Vapes. Close to real Kona and hasn't steeped yet. Saw your review, Mindfield, and yes- kona coffee has a nutty taste. Yummy!

Pokerchix, I love your grin in the avatar pic. Always fun to see vaping, poker playing Texas women hanging tough.
(Don't misunderstand and freak out; I'm just a 50 yr old 6th generation,Texas wench who enjoyed 5 card draw a lot back in the day.)

Thanks, AttyPops.

Sorry, y'all- rough day at work and too lazy to quote.

hrmm...this sounds fun!!! LOL Just made me feel A LOT better this morning HAHAHAHA

Laffs - No worries on my end and thank you :) 5 card draw is one of the best games out there besides Omaha Hi/Lo. Finding a good game is a whole different story.

Mindfield - Where are you writing reviews? I haven't strayed far from this forum. I guess I need to look around ECF a bit, but I know if I do I will get into trouble LOL. If you have a link PLEASE post it :)

Glad to see a whole bunch o' Texans vapin!
Fellow San Antonian here Mr. Druid and I feel the heat trust me!
Going to try the Gatorade/Water idea...didn't think much about that. I've been drinking the vitamin waters and supplementing with regular water so maybe I was on the right path but didn't know it.

First week I vaped straight and caught some .... from the wife as well. I told her about this forum and showed her a lot of articles to bring her mind at ease.

I still have the sore throats but they have been subsiding as well as the nice deeper voice in the morning but as another poster pointed out I'm just trying to find my right combination and its great advice for the OP too.

I did do a lot of the 12Mg nico juice and got some light headedness and lower abdomen cramps so I've backed off a bit (I was a 3-4 clove cigarette smoker so very light).

As many posted here I just wanted to chime in with my agreement. Some here have also said it does take about 2 weeks to fully get into a better rhythm. I couldn't agree more. I also read using a lozenge to help with the throat by coating it but still don't forget the water. Perhaps some ricolah...think I'm going to pick up some today.

Oh and this may sound a bit nasty but worth mentioning, it helps you get regular really fast. Though analogs did the trick a bit my wife now certainly enjoys this since she wasn't much of a smoker but more of a puffer.

My curiousity is can I still take a cigar here and there. I enjoy vaping but I do still miss a good cigar. Guess I'll post more about that on another thread and not hijack yours. :)

Good luck and keep up with the personal experience! It helps many others here feel better about their decision. :)

These juices I have are from Vaperescence but I don't know their PG/VG mix, going to find that out. The nic level is 16mg....

I asked the last time I was there, and they said the PG/VG mix was 60/40. I don't know if that's for all their juices, or just for the specific mix they sold me that day.

Wow did you get a sliver bullet? You didn't mess around- you went straight to the top and got a VV 6 volt- and a map tank. I'm jealous I still have a screw driver 3.7V. It works but not as good as yours. I do have a No ego on order. It looks like you have plenty of juices to try. You wont get tired of them too quick and there are thousands more flavors to choose from. This is a fun habit and I can actually afford. You can try some new things once you get your set up going. Just buy attys, cartos and juices.
I'm glad you are getting the hang of it and actually enjoying it. Now if we can get the heat to go down in Dallas. 42 days over 100 degrees is too much!!
