Yes the original flavor Isaac released is a golden/amber color. The new recipe is much darker. I am not sure what he has in stock, though, as the site is down and I assume he's in bed. I'll reach out to Isaac tomorrow and find out.

There's definitely a difference my friend.I had a special private batch that was steeping for about 6 months and thought it would be nice to distribute them as I lowered my nic. The folks who received them loved them so much that when it came high time to reorder, they received the standard fresh gold. So I tried to duplicate that steeped flavor though some folks didn't like it and wanted the original back. So the Ry4 is the new steeped version that carries a subtle sweetness and the the Gold is the original flavor that had taken me 19 samples from across the world to perfect.
