Ok wizard labs 500ml bottles. They recommend transferring to glass?

Ok I just placed a order. I will be receiving 500ml of 100mg nic in PG base, 500ml of pg, and 500 of VG

When you guys/gals are ordering in large qty. do you transfer to glass container like they recommend, and do you work out of the large container or do you have a smaller container you work out of?

I transfer the nic into 30 & 60ml glass amber bottles, mark them, and freeze them. I keep the PG & VG in the bottles Wizard sends them in, in a cabinet.

I keep the nicotine in 60mL amber bottles in the freezer along with my flavorings.
I keep my VG and PG in the refrigerator.

I transfer all my nic. to glass. I don't refrigerate anything.

I used to keep it refrigeration when I first started DIY'ing but it started to taste really bad. I think keeping it in the freezer helps prevent it from oxidizing and taking on a fetid/chemically/nasty taste.

I keep my 250ml bottle of 100PG nic in the desk drawer where I mix. I mix 180ml batches for my parents, so the 250 only lasts around 3 months with my 30ml/wk. I don't think it deteriorates fast enough to warrant any special care, other than a cool, dark place. I'm not dealing with such large quantities yet, tho.

i always keep my 100pg nicotine in the refrigerator. it never tastes bad. i order from wizard labs... and i am always making sure nothing contaminates it.

yes, it is better to keep it in gladd bottles if your gonna have a big amount like that.. keep it away from the sun

I'm looking at 4oz/120ml bottles will this suffice for glass bottles. They are either blue or amber with dropper caps? or should I get 1-2 30ml glass bottles to work out of and then just get one huge glass bottle to hold the entire 500ml. I read that you should have very little air in the top of the bottle while storing so this to me sounds like multiple smaller bottles would be better then one larger bottle and a smaller worker bottle cause eventually the larger storage bottle will have a lot of air as I transfer to the smaller work bottles. right?

I use amber glass with phenolic Polyseal™ cone lined caps.. I avoid the caps with the cardboard/fiber liners.

If you went with 8 oz boston rounds, you could use wine bottle stoppers to cap it (like Zyliss from BevMo), which I think work better than the usual black caps (I've cracked 3 of them already, just by tightening them. I think they're flimsy and kinda leaky). Blue and amber are both good (I think the blue is prettier ). I use one 8 oz and a bunch of 2 oz bottles (capped with Tasty Vapor bottle caps). I wouldn't keep the nic in the plastic bottle - if it's gonna last you awhile, the plastic might deteriorate and leach into it by the time you use it up. I wouldn't worry too much about the VG and PG. They'll go pretty fast, and WL uses pharmaceutical grade bottles anyway.
