so i want to blow on my atomizer cuz i think it needs cleaned out , do i blow from the battery end or the cartridge end

Blow from the battery end but put some kitchen paper or something at the cart end to catch the liquid.

Also, look into the H2O2 cleaning method. When your atty gets gunked up, it seems to be the only thing that works really well to fix it. At least in my experience.
