One of the things I like about Boba's is that little bit of honey graham, so when I saw Bees knees figured I had to try it. I have tried other honey and honey/tobaccos but none I liked so far. MS'T's sweet honey isn't bad flavor but its a bit perfumey on the aftertaste, which drives me nuts.
I think you will dig the Bees Knees. Its pretty amazing.
 
Here's the thing, they have kept up informed.

Ben has already stated when he opens the store, and he also stated that when they've reached order capacity, the store will be shut down for the day to catch up with all of the orders placed.

If they kept it open all day, it would take days before the product even shipped. It would seem a little redundant to say the same thing over and over again i.e. We're open now. We're closed now, etc etc.

I think cocky is a bit much.

A status update to avoid confusion is redundant? That's easy for you to say. You were able to order your juice. Cocky was dead on. If anything is redundant it's the fandom. :p I love AV but i think i'd rather remain unbiased when it comes to communicating with other customers. It's not very becoming. :closedeyes:

Right, I just decided not to order after a half hour of waiting. I'm attempting to stay cool after waiting for days to even place an order...

...I'm sure it's something that will work itself out. Those who REALLY need their juice will buy it at full price- and gladly do so. Then, after the rush, those of us who have some patience will save a few dollars. Personally, I'll wait.

What exactly is missing that is causing an issue? And yes, even if I didn't get my order in, I would still be saying the same thing. This is probably because I don't really understand what the problem is?

If you don't understand what the problem is maybe you should just move on now. I didn't come to the forum asking you for customer service. Your crusade to defend AV has not been in vain I am sure. You keep wanting to take it to the next level. I said what i said and i stand by it regardless of what you can and cannot grasp. Not every customer is going to breeze through these forums with their lips puckered. You need to be ok with that.

That's great and all but it takes 5 minutes to pop over to forums to let people know what's going on. Their juice is great and their service always has been in the past but i think this is a little cocky of them. I wasn't sitting here reloading the page but i know some folks were. Take a few moments and update people on what's going on. You should never be too busy to keep your customers informed. 5 minutes.

Why don't you just give Ben your cell phone number and he will call you when he's ready for your order. NOT! Do you realize that he's just done a total move of his family and his business? Geez...:facepalm:

Why must you be so ignorant? I am honestly trying to figure out why it is that you're so perturbed by the situation here. I know you didn't come to seek service from me, you're becoming defensive, and I cannot think why?

There are no levels, I didn't take it there, because there is only one level, and it's just plain logic.

My crusade? What crusade? I'm glad you're a man of principle and that you stand by your own, however, you still have failed to even begin to explain why, exactly, the situation bothers you? Sure, you've nothing to explain to me, and honestly, I don't care. But, if you're going to make bold comments and accusations, isn't it logical that you should be able to back them up with some rationale? Guess not. :facepalm:

Holy COW!!! People get crazy when the don't have their Boba's! I finally got my order in today, I kept getting to the site too late and orders were closed. BTW... I was perfectly fine with that, I thought they explained everything very clearly when they re-opened. WHATEVER... I'm just HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY that Boba's in on the way!!!

But seriously, I am almost out of Boba's, and I need das juice!

I know, I know, I should have bulked up before the move. But, at the time, I didn't have the appropriate funds. Even with the amazing sale that went down.

I understand that you guys are prepping for the grand re-opening. Here's the thing, we don't have to tell anyone if you sell me a bottle ;) Here's what I'm offering in return:

-A signed photo of me dressed up as Princess Leia*
-A pair of socks made from genuine Ewok fir**
-A lifetime supply of e-highfives, which in contrast, can be exchanged for personal, face-to-face high fives if the chance of a personal meeting arises (quite valuable!)

Gunna be a sale better then 15% in a couple days avejuice.com says. Wish I could get 50ml bobs/50ml gj for same price as 100ml. all is well though ... love gj and bobas both. bobas is like candy to me.

All I know is my Boba's is out for Delivery today. Jeez never been so excited to get a joose before. No wonder people unruly, LOL. Teamscon, I bought a Vivi Nova 2 months ago and thought boba's did poorly in it. Good vapor, but muted or burnt taste depending on the ohm head. Do you have any problems with the Vivi Nova and 100%VG juices?

Lets tone this down a bit. If someone's coming here for help lets give it to them, and for those that do take care of questions, thank you. However, if someone takes issue with my customer service I want them to be heard. It keeps me in check and lets me know if I've failed somewhere. My answer to issues might not always be the best but I try to have an answer for everyone.

Now let's address some concerns.

1.) the 15% discount is up and should be active for good now (set the expiration date waaay into the future)
2.) I'll bump that discount up to 20% once I feel we are restocked. We're not close to that yet.
3.) Our order capacity will continue to dictate how long we are open for. However, the number will change as we gain more employees and streamline the business. Please know we are working as a good pace to accomplish these things.

I don't care what anyone says in the world. Boba's Bounty is hands down the best juice. I've tried them all. And it's not personal preference. To slap a mound of icing on that, the avejuice "wookies" are the best mixers, just top notch people in the business. The avejuice customer service gets a 10. The juice gets a 10. The deals, the sales, the prices, the quality...all get a 10. Thank you avejuice for your service and generosity to our community.

I ordered another 100ml yesterday, figured might as well; it is on sale. The batch from the 60ml I got the other day is so spot on boba's I was sad I only bought 60ml, then again I never got a bad batch. I had been vaping a Nashville Vapor Boba's, which is 100% Boba's but was not the best batch ever made. I was glad to have it though even though it was slightly off. I feel like watching Star Wars IV & V for a little Boba while vaping Boba's.
