I've always heard that once a cartomizer stops working, toss it. Just wanted to say B.S. I bought a 5 pack of dual coil 1.5 ohm cartos from clouds of vapor to use in my tank. The first one used lasted about 2 weeks before it started getting hard to pull, so i swapped with a new one. I took the first one and put it in a Ziploc container with about 1/2 pint of Everclear grain alcohol and let it soak. So long story short, i pulled the first cartomizer out of the everclear about 3 weeks later, let it dry overnight, then through it back in the tank and started vaping. It acts like its new out of the package. It hits and pulls just like new. Just a little trick i thought i would share. At this rate my 5 pack of cartomizers should last about 20+ weeks. Not too bad for $10. Anyone else have tricks to make cartomizers last?

Doctor Vapor always has a million great tips and tricks in his videos on VapeTV. Awhile ago I watched his vid about removing the gunked up filling from cartos and using the empty carto with a drip tip to drip into. Great idea! After all, a cartomizer is just an atomizer with filling in it. Haven't tried it yet, but I've been saving all of my gunked up cartos ever since watching that vid!

VapeTV | Doctor Vapor - check out his vid about 'spent cartomizers'.
