I can't seem to contact liberty flights about this, phone has a generic voicemail and emails keep getting kicked back. Hoping to get some help here, considering the great reputation this company has for customer service - a big reason i ordered from them.
Just received my second order from liberty flights and as i was mixing up some new e-juice for my husband, i noticed that three of the flavorings (Burley, Dark Vapure and Turk USA blend) had best before February 2011 and two of them (Cuban Supreme and Perique Black) had best before April of 2011 printed on them. I placed the order on Feb 25th and received it on March 3rd.
Is this considered 'expired'? if it is, i would assume that it was an oversight and that it would be reasonable of me to ask for exchange at their cost or a refund. is this correct?
if i had known the dates on the products i would not have ordered them, i need this stuff to last a few months.
any info would be helpful at this point. hubby said they tasted kinda weak.
Thanks!
