Belive me.....Ron does not and would not consider leaking acceptable. He would ensure that doesn't happen.:thumb:

Agreed, Ron will bend over backwards to make things right, but if its an overfeed problem, that he cannot fix, short of coming to your house and showing you how to pump a bottomfeeder, its a learning proscess and we all go through it.......i sure did and the bottomfeeders i have are all just a little different in the way they preform....

Alright since this is my first bottom feeder mod I have to ask, whats the best way to fill the bottle???

Hillbilly (simple) way to fill...

It's a bottom fed bottle, so reverse suction is easiest:

open your source container
point the 3ml bottle tip into the container
then squeeze

this sucks the juice up into the bottle just like a bulb syringe / turkey baster

there ya go!!!

Seeing as I've already ordered and paid for a 3.7 bottom feeder big box, this might be the wrong time to ask the question. But how does everyone that has had one of these like them. I see ALOT of the same people on another bottom feeders part of the forum, and I cant tell if that's a good thing or a bad thing. Like did buying one of these make some of y'all run to buy a better one.....or is it all about redundancy. Must have lots of options, and lots of bottom feeders. Like collectors. I'm really looming forward to getting mine. I'm getting so damn tired of dripping, refilling carto's after 10 drags or so, and am just fed up with the tank system. I picked mine back up the other day because I was going out to see the big moon rise over the ocean and wanted to be able to VAPE the entire time without having to refill (if you drop a PV in the sand it really sucks) well I hadn't used it in a while so I forgot not to draw too hard on it, so I just ended up draining the whole tank all over myself by flooding it. I guess what I'm saying is that I'm really ready for a bottom feeder, and I'm hoping that this one is pretty good, I know its made out of plastic, but from what some people are saying, that's e only thing wrong with it. I'm really hoping so, and really excited to get it hopefully soon :)

got my mod in the mail today! way fast shipping, I wasn't expecting it until at least Tuesday or Wednesday. I'll post a youtube review on this mod tonight. :) vaping some flux nectar gummy bears through it now. My husband is intrigued because he can see all of the wiring on this little baby unlike the Reo.

First off, Hi all, thanks all for the great pic's all. They look awesome!!

Second, @ Pneathery, My (prototype) Big Box Old Goat is my in the truck, on the jobsite, in the golfcart, drop it on the floor, drop it in the parking lot, forget about it go to mod. I do have a collection of bottom feeders, and do rotate between them, but most all except my OldGoat big 3.7 sit next to my easy chair or on the coffee table indoors. Like Roscoe said, it take a lickin, and keeps on tickin. :) Kinda like the energizer bunny, just keeps going and going.

My 3.7V Bottom Feeder from OldGoat does it ALL and I see no reason to buy others. I am perhaps in the minority in that I do NOT collect PV's. The mod does exactly what it should...and it does it very well.....and it does it all day and half the night. Never in changing the battery have I ever seen a drop of juice-Ever. Stick a LR510 and vape like a Big Boy/Girl.:thumb:

For the price..I have seen nothing in it's class. I bought 2 and if I could get my younger brother to try vaping, I'd buy another one in a heartbeat. The 2nd one is in service in Kandahar and is working like a champ.

Don't worry we are everywhere! There is nothing wrong with this mod at all. They are all a little different each have their pro's and cons. I am not a collector but do have 3 different mods and always looking to see what new innovations folks come up with.

bmwjen:

I am very pleased with your review of the mod...Thank You so Much.

I do need to explain a few things.

The first thing I would like to address is the on/off switch being upside down, the mod is made from a battery box and is modded to be used as a personal vaper and thats the way the way the box is designed.

Second is the paint mix-up...I was told to paint the mod "Pink Sparkly" which for the life of me I have no Idea what she wanted other than Pink...so I painted a box Pink with metal flake...then we recieved an e-mail the next day stating she wanted the box like my avitar pic (above). an e-mail was sent to let her know we already had painted a box, but as we always try to please our customers we went ahead and made the mod the way she wanted it. No paint with pink leds andpink lanyard.

I am sorry if there was a misunderstandings, but some times I have a difficult time figuring out exactly what people are discribing in an e-mail. Every mod I paint is orginal one of a kind, and hard to reproduce exactly.

I would like to get it where the customer gives me 2 primary colors they like and the design. It would make it a lot less confusing for me when it comes to painting mods.

Agian Thank You so much for such a great review. Ron Old Goat and Zach Old Goat Mods Pres.

Hi BMWjen,

Quick note on your review. In the beginning you call it 5v. You also mistakenly call the LED, a flourescent pink "battery". You should make some notes on your video so that you don't confuse people. They will think that it comes with a battery. (That's what I thought when I heard you say it ;))

I Like the color scheme you ended up with though! Very cute!

It would be nice for your website to show the different paint patterns and textures, and the available colors. People kinda have to look for pictures and guess what each pattern or texture is named. Not knowing what colors are available leads to a lot of questions or just going with a primary color to get the order in quick. Just suggesting and trying to help you avoid problems in the future.

The OldGoat 3.7v bottom feeder is a great mod, but I doubt that it will be last last mod you'll buy. I currently have the following bottom feeders in addition to the OldGoat: 5 REO mods, 2 Phidias mods, 1 Integrity, and 1 SouthPaw Masterwork. And, I am planning on buying another Integrity. Vaping, I've found out, is not a habit, but a hobby - and not all that inexpensive.

I agree, sometimes when I am presented with too many choices I have trouble making a decision at all. By the way, how long does it usually take to receive your invoice? I ordered on the 15th.

Thank you sir, that was what I was looking for, someone that has vapid a few others, and tried this one as well. I figured I will use it till it can't be repaired anymore, then maybe buy one that is virtually indestructible. I kinda a klutz. So hopefully I can go one year without killing it. I can't seem to do that with a cell phone. Killed two in less then a year :-(

Couldn't have said it better myself.
Though its far less expensive than my other hobbies. It's the only hobby I have were 200 bucks gets you something substantial.
