They are painted and they are even better looking in person, the pics don't do them justice, he even let me pick out the colors and matched up the lights! The pink one has rose and violet lights. I am so happy I got these!

I purchased the 3.7v bottomfeeder last Saturday, and Ron shipped it today (Monday). That's the quickest ship time I've ever had on a mod. Outstanding.

About the name of my mods service...I had to come up with a name because I had to go vendor, which asks for a name...so the name is Big Stu's Box Mods . My kids nick name is billy goat, so people started calling me Old Goat. But I go By what ever you would like to call me is fine, I know who your talking about. Thanks all for the great posts on my mods it makes me very happy that you are enjoying them. Ron the Old Goat....lol

How do you like it? Where's the button located? And what type of button is it? I ask because the photos that others posted here seem to vary, as if there we're different versions over time? I would love to see a pic of one as they look now. If you or anyone can help, thanks!

Last I heard, Oldgoat (Ron) had a touch of the flu. (hope your doing better Ron)
@ Kerig. I've had two of the 3.7 bottom feeders for some time now. One has the button (tactile ) on the bottom, bottom like in the pictures. The other has the button on the bottom front. I call it the pinky button location for both. You barely have to touch it to fire. When not in hand I always turn the main switch off because it's so sensitive.

same here...the pinky button....very soft and touchy.....you can barely feel it on your pinky......but i turn it off also if carrying it....that said....i filled and fired it up with a lr 306 today....this is a great little mod....it is solid....nothing is loose or shakes about....been vaping it for about 2 hrs...no leaks, feeds great!...we have a farm and i wanted a feeder to take outside with a lanyard....this is perfect...loving it!...feel better ron, i was sick for 2 days....my ribs still hurt...
and btw...loving the color...

All I can say is I will think about it...but the box mods are keeping me busy atm...I do plan on a 3.7 flashlight mod that is pictured...just waiting on supplies...I vaped with those little flashlights for a while and liked it better than the laser mod...it has a better switch.

I'd be interested in a bottom feed tube mod too
