Hi, buying a used Inifinity for a friend to get into vaping.. went with that choice to give him the constant 3.7v voltage so he doesn't have to deal with weak batteries and obviously a choice of going up in voltage later as he learns

anyway, how if left at 3.7 volts, can anyone give me a rough estimate of battery life? thanks

Completely depends upon how much you vape of course. I vape pretty constant and mine usually last a little over 6 hours at 4+ volts on a standard Joye atty. A few hours longer than it takes me to kill a 14500, so pretty good.

thanks for the reply. just to double check.. because i'm just assuming it's like other VV mods, the voltage should stay constant correct?..

They will work on the Infinity Pro but not the Infinity. They aren't needed anyway for Variable Voltage PVs. They also decrease the vaping time. They were meant so the 3.7volt ecigs like the 510, 808, etc. could put out a hotter vape. You either raise the voltage or lower the resistance. They couldn't raise the voltage so they lowered the resistance.

Nocturn,

I use the Joye brand 510 attys from LF. When I put a new atty on my Infinity, I get 10-11 hours using it at 4.3 volts. By the end of the first week though with that atty, I am down to 8 hours per charge. By the 2nd week, I get down to 5-6 hours per charge. Then I put a new atty on:) I use 100% VG juices though so I think I gunk them up quicker than most folks.

If you can get closer to 3 ohms, around 5v, run time gets really nice. My current cartos are 3.1 - 3.2 ohms, I use 6 ml of eliquid, full day for me, on one pair of batts in the infinity.

I've been rotating 3 pairs of infinity batts over 6 months, still get that run time consistently. Equivalent to running 3.7v with 1.7 ohms, good warmth and vapor.
