Okay peeps.....
I wrote before about my red light no blue light problem, and sent it in for repar, but I ordered a new one to have a back up, and that one came with a battery glued in. Well now I got a phone call that I was shipped some-one else BP, and they were sent mine, (I have'nt recv'd yet) and I will have to ship back. And I still have not recv'd my replacement for the the 2nd one I ordered. Are you keeping up with me so far...... Arrrrrg!

Wow, I have been following your story for a while. I'd almost just give up. This is absolutely ridiculous. I feel bad for you, and I wonder what in the world are they doing over at NotCigs? Just silliness. I'm sure BuzzKill will do something, but it may end up causing even more craziness.

Terri was on vacation for 2 weeks and we just plain screwed up ! I apologize for any problems , I work from home most of the time BUT this is NOT normal for us .
