constant state of confusion
Well today my grumpy mailman delivered my package from MXBNW. Inside was a gp eco kit and a ego case. Yeah a charger!!! I got my ego on Tuesday and am waiting on a charger. As a told a few members, I felt like a blind person at the Louvre.
Today I got to see the Mona Lisa!!
I was a little nervous about using it so I started with a prefilled vanilla cart (thank you H2g8rgl). I am in love!! The best part is that there is no school today so my 6 yo old granddaughter Rylee was here to see me take my first vape. She picked up my pack of analogs and asked if she could throw them away now. I told her no, not yet, but soon I hope.
I am going to watch Mistress Nomad's videos again and try something other than a prefilled.

I do have one question, how long before it is a habit. I smoke a lot while I am on the computer. I came to post this and was halfway through an analog when I remembered I could have been vaping.

Thank you every one again for being so generous and helpful. Rylee says thank you too.

That depends on you. I put my analogs up day 1 and haven't touched them since. Keep them out of sight and when you think about smoking, your e-cig should be there. At least, that is how I did it. Only time I look for my cigs is when I am getting ready to do something that I always smoked at (like the computer) and I will think, where are my cigs, oh yeah, I am vaping now. This is week 2 of me being off analogs, and I haven't had those thoughts as often, but still get that quick little panic of, where did I leave my cigs at.

Yes, put them in the junk drawer (or anyplace that you don't regularly go) and keep your e-cig handy. Also, don't wait until you're having a nic fit before you start to vape.. vape to stave off the nic fits.

That part about your grand daughter asking if she could toss out your smokes got me all choked up.. let her be the one to do it when the time comes - or else go halvsies with her. You could make a whole ceremony around it.

Okay, the analogs are under the mattress and my lighter is in the kitchen. I am getting ready to leave to spend the evening with my smoker boyfriend. Maybe I can convert him tonight. He wants to quit. He has said he has quit cold turkey before. He didn't quit smoking, he just quit buying. LOL

He does not have internet (he only knows how to play solitaire on the computer) so I may be going through ECF withdrawal tonight but I will check back in with you guys tomorrow!

Congrats Charmed! And glad the videos helps. :)

For me, it was only a week or two before vaping started developing its own habits and method. By a month, it was a solid thing. Filling a cartomizer and giving it a shake replaced rolling cigs. I stopped needing to "go out" to vape to feel like I was taking a "smoke break," and now puff away randomly and fluidly on my PT, like the caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. :)

Flavors and different models and trying dripping and all kinds of other things added their own habits, and also helped keep me constantly interested in vaping.

I only started vaping 3.5 months ago, and the CE2's I'm vaping right now didn't even exist back then! The industry moves so fast, there's always a new piece of hardward, or a new trick to try.
