omg i need a mod, vender hasnt shipped/not replying..... e-power or bolt?

I ordered an e-power from ccv because its near me n figured it would of been here soon, well its 5 days later, no e-power,no shipping confirmation, ive sent several contact messages with no reply, I understand ccv is moving but jeez, at least have someone to handle customer service inquires...

so here i am, out of cartos for my generic 808 ecigs and dying to get my hands on my first mod and juice.

In my last message to ccv I stated i thought i might want to cancel my order.

I need a mod soon, i cant wait a week for the thing to ship,

so now my option is

a. wait n see if someone from ccv actually tries to contact me and make things right

b. confirm to ccv im canceling order and find another source for an e-power

or
d. order something completely different, i kinda like the idea of a bigger unit like a bolt or lavatube....

what do u guys think

Do they not have a phone number? You didnt mention if youve called them. Id cancel if it was me. 5 days with no shipping and no contact. They dont deserve my money anymore.

Tough call, im waiting on CCV also, I have a E-Power that i use ,from them, placed an order for 2 more, and a bottle of 50mg juice, and today its one week (saturday)the 10th,no ship, theyve always been slow and usually throw in extras,which is nice, didnt know about the move , love my E -Power!!! Resurrectors LR's are nice also, should come with E-power,Id wait, his name is Andrew and pretty decent guy, so far anyway, I havent called on this order yet,since he has been closeing the site, giving him some time to straighten things out but have called in the past and got good results.Tough call

I would give him a call, I placed an order with him on Monday and it shipped on Wednesday afternoon.

I just talked to Andrew he says every thing is going out today...mine was delayed because i asked for Marlboro juice with the E-Power kits and he didnt have that.whatever, i guess its on its way, yours should be also,

Never ordered from them but if there is a phone number on the site as others have said call em to see whats what for piece of mind.
From the vendors i order from i always get confirmation though soon after wards .

CCV got too big for their britches and is having a hard time keeping up. They have decent deals but I would keep in mind there is generally a wait for future orders

Classic ECF vendor problem. A little mom and pop shop or mod maker has a good deal or the latest thing and BOOM!!! They Get Swamped! Either they sink or swim. We've seen them come and go, I hope they make it. Give them a little time and patience But call and confirm politely to settle your nerves.They deserve time to get caught up, you deserve to know what's up. Good Luck!


EDIT: there is a message at the top of their home page that states that they are moving to a bigger place, looks like they will make it!

I would continue with my order if they could just kindly reply to the contact ticket i opened days ago, would be nice, i shouldnt have to go out of my way to call this place when they have an open contact and order inquiry system on there site that ive used.

UPDATE********

Andrew contacted me, he has been away at new shop catching up on orders and didnt have internet there yet to reply to me, but has informed me that they are caught up and all orders not shipped yet will go out tomorrow, he is also throwing in an extra tank system for the delay, so andrew and ccv has made good on the situation.
I will continue to buy from them and he says now they will be open 24/7 and ship same day , so kudos to ccv
