I was in your shoes 1 month ago, and decided on the VMAX, since then, I now have a Provari mini, and contemplating on getting the ZMax,
I like the VMAX, just ensure you use high ohm carts on it since it burns hot, but in hindsight I wish I had gotten the ZMAX now, since you have the option to use Watts instead of voltage.
Where this benefits is, say you have 3 carts, a 1.5 ohm, a 2.2 ohm and 3 ohm. with a vv device each time you swap the cart you have to set the voltage to match the correct power output you prefer. The ZMAX wattage output mode allows you to set the Watts, (Most use 8 - 9 watts) which will then automatically set the voltage to you cart ohm reading, therefore effectively only needing to set the voltage once. Additionally the ZMAX uses 1 18650 battery instead of 2 18350 batteries the VMAX uses, which according to many, is a lot safer.

Like how many tanks do I need how many replaceable parts and what kind? So say I go with a zmax what do I need to buy to last a month or more?

Juice - I only bought Vermillion River before moving over to making my own. Minisotta Menthol, Premium Banana, Blueberry and Watermelon were good.
With the Heads, every 2 or 3 days soak them in hot water then dry burn them. 1 head will then last you a month.
Once you are comfortable with that. Watch a tutorial on how to replace the wick and coil, then buy 5 - 10m 3mm silica wick and 25m Kanthal 0.2 (32AWG) wire then your set for a year.
1 bottle of juice lasts me 3 days, so depending on how much you vape you can make your own judgement, but once you work out how to replace the coil and wick, the juice will be your only cost unless you crack a tank.

Considering your budget of $200, I'd also recommend the Zmax with a Vivi Nova. You will need the rest of your money for batteries, a charger, some extra heads for the Vivi Nova, and lots of juice to last you a month. And juice isn't exactly cheap if you vape 5-10mls per day like I do.
Ok so going by what you said I found a zmax with charger and 2 18650 2250mah batts for $120
3 Vision Vivi Nova Tank System - Metal Tube - Silver for $36
10 Atomizer Head for Vision Vivi Nova Tank - 2.4Ω/ohm for $30
Now without juice my total is $186
So I may have to try and scrap up some more cash for juice.. Does that sound like an ok deal?

Maybe scrap the 10 extra head, since you can keep on cleaning the 9 you will be getting with the 3 novas.

Yeah, if you're getting 9 heads with three Vivi Novas, you should be all set on those for quite awhile. Especially if you clean them for reuse. All else looks good.
Just as an additional consideration since budget seems primary concern is the Vamo instead of the Zmax. Pretty much all the same features for about half the cost (I prefer the looks of my Zmax, but what works is more important, especially when constrained by budget).
yes it is a v2 I think it says rev2 and I can scrap the heads are the heads pretty easy to clean?
Initially, it's generally wise to order sampler packs or smaller trial sizes of flavors for your juices until you know what flavors that you will like. That way you are not wasting money on large bottles of juice that you don't like. Order from at least two vendors in case one vendors flavors are not to your liking. Once you find flavors that you like, order more in a larger quantity. Figure on at least a week from time of order until delivery.

Heads are extremely easy to clean. Check the link i posted at the top of page 2. the tutorial will show you how
So after buying liquids I am sure I will like ( 50ml Blueberry tried from another vendor and like it) (50ml Grape never tried but does sound good) (And a 30ml bottle of flu cured tobacco) I have had a few different tobaccos before hope this one is pretty close.. My total with everything. came to $199.32. I dropped the 2250 mah batts and just went with the 2000mah ones don't think it will make that big of a difference..
so the Zmax kit, 3 vivi tanks with 9 heads and 130ml of liquid $199.32.. I think I did ok what do you guys think? I know I should not buy my e-liquid in such high amounts but that is the only way to stay on budget.. I think they will be fine..

Bluberry and grape in general are good ejuice flavors, so I dont see a problem there.
Rest looks good and within budget. Have you got a charger for the batteries though?
