Yes, the sliders will adjust to hold your 49 inch battery. I don't see any issues.

It should work fine,I would choose to charge at the lower setting.
or use one of these TrustFire TR-001 Lithium Ion Battery Charger
I've been using one almost daily for a year and it still does as good as my Pila,just not as quick
I don't know,but I *think* a slower charge is better for the battery
And congrats on the provari,I got one,you'll like it alot

I don't suggest that Madvapes charger. (IMHO) They're not very good at charging more than one battery at a time. I'd just get two of the singles. That way you also have the option to charge in different locations...
