I never would smoke analogs inside, so I tend to vape all the time when I am home now especially when I am sitting at the computer. At work it now takes new meaning when I say I am going outside for fresh air because I am actually getting it! It is really nice to be able to stay indoors and vape but I do miss the walking around breaks at work.

That was pretty much my thing too. I like my smoke breaks, gives me a chance to go outside, get some fresh air, and just relax for 10 minutes or so. I have noticed that I tend to vape almost constantly if I'm just sitting at home. I wonder if there is any harm in doing it all the time, in regards to nicotine levels and such?

As others have said it is important to stay hydrated. The levels of nicotine in e liquid is actually very low compared to cigarettes. If you start getting headaches, stomach irritation, nausea and rapid heartbeat thats a good indication that you have taken too much nicotine. For me sometimes I get a little light headed and I take that as a sign to slow down for a bit.

For me, it depends on how busy I am at work. On crazy nights I grab a few quick drags when the nic cravings pull me. On boring nights I have to switch to low nic juice or I get pretty stoned.

I'm only about 6 weeks in. I'm playing this by ear.:vapor:

lol, my sister is having this same problem. She gave up and started smoking analogs again. (I'm new, and typing analogs made me feel like a poseur, but oh well, lol) Not to steal away OP's thread, but are there 0 nicotine carts that have the same tobacco-y taste she's gotten from the higher nicotine ones?
