In a thread here in ECF I could read someone stating the vapor we exhale is full of nicotine...I think this a legit and interesting scientific study (not a medical one) on what do we exhale.

There is definitely some traces of nic and other elements, but the question you should be asking is is it in sufficient quantities to cause harm?
