I just noticed that one of my cartridges only works on one of my batteries. I thought that battery is dead so I charged it but this didn't fix the problem.

What would cause one cartridge to work only on one battery? I actually used this cartridge previously on both batteries, but now it only works on one battery...

I tried other cartridge and it works on both batteries...

What could be wrong?

I got Blu Starter kit.

I cleaned it and no change. I though there could be connection problem but then same cartridge works on other battery. And yet another cartridge works on both batteries. I don't see any dust or anything on the cartridge.

I used abut 5 cartridges already and the one I opened today was only one I had an issue with.

I did not contact customer support because it's late.

I think perhaps (I'm not in USA so have not tried Blu, but have similar) the center pin on the cartridge may be pushed in a bit therefore not making the connection with said battery. Try pulling the center post on the cartridge out a little - use paperclip/needle something that will go in the little hole easily - do this gently. Check again.

I noticed at first that the cartridge (the faulty one) was sticking out more than the one that worked on both batteries. I pushed it back in a little so it represents exactly (more or less) the same as the working one. But that didn't fix my problem. The cartlidge that works on both batteries doesn't stick out bot more or less is exactly the same height with the screw part. Both now are similar and still have the problem.

I thing you might have a point there though. I try to experiment with this. I understand that I probably not getting much connection. But then, why works on one battery? And it should not work on both batteries?

Who knows DK.gif , e-cigs are known to be temperamental occasionally. There should be an easy fix though, have you scratched around the Blu Forum for info? When you've achieved your 5 posts you'll be able to post there too.
