One beginner question about Atomizer, thanks!

Hi guys, I am using SmokTech SID + Protank mini 2
I just got few iclear 16s.
I have one question.
Why is atomizer for iclear 16 is much more epensive than atomizer for protank?
one atomizer for iclear 16 around $2.5 but one atomizer for protank only around $1~1.2

the iClear atomizer is a dual coil so a lot more work goes into building them correctly
