I'm going to go out on a limb here but the OP said they liked the iclear 16 except for the tank size. Simple solution would be to get a few extra iclear 16 and carry spares already filled up....:)

Then if they wants to experiment with a bottom coil, vivi, T2, T3 or anything else, buy one and see how it performs. Meanwhile stock up on what you do like because it may not be available when the next latest - greatest fad hits the carto-clearo fad.......:2c:

I have a feeling that's what I'll end up doing. I like to carry a few of my favorite flavors - what I want depends on the time of day. I was hoping to avoid carrying more than one tank of my ADV

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but the 1.6ml doesn't seem to last very long. And I don't chain vape...

The 1.6 mL is measured as the total liquid you can fit in, vaping it totally dry is not really possible, as the wicks will always have something left in them. In reality you probably vape closer to 1.0 - 1.2 mL before refilling so 4 tanks should hold the 3-4 mL average that most vape....:vapor:

p.s. finding a tank or atty that works well for YOU is not considered a bad thing....

Yep, iclear 16 holds nowhere close to 1.6ml. Those wicks take up some of that capacity, methinks. I probably only fill it 1ml at a time. I like the tight draw on it, though. I do find myself reaching for my other clearos (with higher capacity) more often. Taping up a hole on the Kangers (EVOD, T3, etc) tightens things up nicely. Not as much as the 16, but a compromise for capacity.

I can't seem to find a Clearomizer that I like. The only one I love is the iclear 16. I am still a newb, so I'm having a lot of trial by error.

I like the plastic mouthpiece of the iclear. Metal ones taste weird. It gives a warm vape, which appeals to me. And it has a hard draw. All of the others were way too airy.

My one complaint is that they don't hold much. I'd like a larger capacity than 1.6. So I tried the iclear 30, but I don't like the metal tip and the draw is too airy.

I've tried the Protank 2, evod (not bad), iclear 30, and the Smoktech tumbler.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something with a plastic (or removable) tip, warm vape, not so airy draw, and a larger capacity.

Feel free to tell me I'm being to picky and trying to find a unicorn ;)

Try the iclear30s. The mouthpiece is removable and you can put a plastic drip tip on it :)

I haven't tried an iclear30 because of the metal drip tip, so I can't compare the draw on that, but the iclear30s with a plastic drip tip has the same tight draw I get from the iclear16.

Try visiting a B&M for drip tip though, as I have found some of mine are too loose and tend to just fall out with the slightest bump, others I can't get to fit at all, and like Goldilocks, some are just right.

Now if they would just make an iclear30sg (for glass tank) they would have the perfect clearo.

Instead I see they came out with the iclear30b (for bottom coil) :(

i agree if you likes the iclears but not the metal driptip that comes with them the iclear 30s is probably gonna be the one you will want pretty much the same as the iclear 30 just wicks re in a carto like tube with holes in it and the driptip comes off and a regular tip can be used in its place also seems to perform better than the origional

also waiting for my iclear 30b in the mail this week to try out
