Started vaping 4 years ago for about 6 months, then returned to the analogs. Vaping sure was different back then. They have come a long ways in four years. Anyways, I have been without a cigarette for four months now the second time around, quit the first day I got a new device. Mornings seem to be the worse, as you want to reach for one just out of habit. It will pass.....
Dont give up quitting , dont ever give up....

I'm about to hit 1.5mos of being analog-free, myself (so still really new). Only had the urge to use analogs once the other day after a pretty yuckeroo week, & managed to vape my way through the urge! :p I think the key for me personally is not putting so much pressure on myself that I have to stay away fromm cigarettes & only vape. Hopefully you'll find what works for you, too, dstin1. Best of luck in your journey.

I've been Vaping only since January 25, but I haven't had an analog since my second day of Vaping. I just have to tell myself to pick up the ecig instead. It's kind of like re-training your brain. Take a couple puffs and I promise the craving will be gone =)

You are retraining your brain. Smoking was a 30 yr habit for me. It's hard to change anything you've been doing for any long period of time. It's no different than changing what time you get up in the morning. You get in a routine and change is tough especially when dealing with an addictive substance like tobbaco. Just remember this is a change for the positive.

1 More month until it will be a year for me. I hope you continue to enjoy it as much as I have, I started out at 30-36mg strength and now I am down to 6mg strength. I'm actually thinking about going lower to 3-4.5 as well. Its all about finding a juice/device/delivery system you like so keep at it and don't let some bum pieces ruin it for ya :)
