Today marks 1 month of 100% vaping and I love it .After smoking for 38 years I never thought I would be able to quit.Aseries of events occured to get me to this point and I would like to share if you don't mind.I re-connected with my best friend from my younger years through Facebook. You all know him as Davo.He told me about his experience with V4L and sent me some info and some literture of his smoke free days . My wife was steady on me to quit and I found out that my step-dad had to have half his lung removed and of course my Mom on me every time I spoke to her added into the whole thing . I felt like I need to at least try. I order my kit and some juice to get started. When my kit arrived I still had 3 or 4 packs of cigs left. I would vape and smoke a few during the day. I wound up having 3 cigs left one night and figured ok I have 3 for work and 3 when I get home before i go to bed . I woke up the next morning and had to compltely change my morning routine. Now I look forward to waking up and having my coffee and vape at the pc reading the forum. I can taste better,my sence of smell has returned , and of course I smell better . Plus my wife enjoys a kiss now. Thank you Davo,V4L,and all the people on this forum. Thank you for letting me share.

Congrats to everyone for vaping. No matter how long you smoked, and how long you been vaping, it is a hard thing to stop, but V4L has helped us break the habit.

It will be a year for me very soon, and every day I still struggle with cravings for Nic. I am trying to lean myself off, but when I do, I am not a very happy person. I would rather vape then smoke though.

Again, I am proud of everyone vaping let it be a year or a day, congrats to you all!

Vape on,
Kevin

How have those dreams been lately Dink? Pretty crazy stuff...huh? The first month is the hardest and you will still get hard core cravings every now and then so be prepared. By now your lighter thumb callus should be gone, you'll occasionally find some old clothes that still smell of cigarette smoke, and you probably no longer get in the car feeling like you've forgotten something before you leave the house.

Here's a crazy number to remember 277,400. That's how many cigarettes a pack a day totals to over 38 years.

Damn proud of my Buddy!! See, as Paul Harvey would say, now the rest of the story. Ole Dink here was part resposible for me starting to smoke in the first place, so we've come full circle. Ain't it great. I remember my first month or so and it got a little tough, but it's very achievable from that point. Keep it up my Buddy!

And thanks to all my V4L folks for all you do!
