I have been vaping using 24mg at a 60/40 base. If I take my base nic unflavored juice and make a large batch of 24mg with the 60/40 base. Can I just then put that in the calculator and add a percentage of 5 % to 20% flavor to make samples?

Or do I need to do each flavor as I go. (Meaning a higher nic juice brought down to 60/40 base to 24mg lvl)

Umm does that make any sense to anyone? I often over think myself..

As long as the large batch has the correct nic content you can just add your flavoring according to the calculator. Just be sure to prevent degradation of the nic.

Yes, unless you want to maintain the 24mg. 20% flavoring will reduce the nicotine strength considerably.

Degradation of the nic comes from adding pg/vg or from not putting it in a dark container after its mixed?

It takes a looong time for nicotine to degrade and even then it's only a small amount. It hasn't even been proven that it will happen. People have been testing nicotine storage for several years and it may have gone down a mg or two after all that time. Definitely nothing to worry about and no, it doesn't degrade in PG/VG.
