Great ember I dont know Mark or Steve from V$L but from what I read he is tops. And that is his MO. Sounds like a great company to deal with. Oh I just got my order today I ordered a mini pcc kit and he sent me 2 bottles of juice and a real nice pouch for an assembled ecig
