I ordered from One Stop on Friday night. Being a newbie I made a mistake in my order (wrong sized bottles) and after placing the order I found a flavor I hadn't included and wanted to swap for one I had chosen.
I emailed them first to explain how I made the bottle mistake. Then again a few hours later asking if they could swap out my coconut for peppermint.
Not only did she correct my order the way I wanted, but I got the tracking number first thing saturday morning and the package went out immediately Saturday. Monday was a postal holiday and I got delivery first thing Tuesday morning. So in reality I got it with 24 business hours from MN to NH!
When it arrived she had indeed made the proper swaps, and included nice litle gifts!
I will be a loyal customer after this experience, great prices, immediate personal attention, SUPER SUPER quick shipping and gifts! What more could you ask for?
Just in comparison I also ordered hardware from a great supplier LF the same night. I'm due to get the package in the mail today (one week later) which is still great considering it was a 3 day weekend and they are a little further than MN, but I had the order from One Stop 4 days earlier!
I'd give them a 10 for shipping speed, 10 for customer service and a 10 on prices!
