Kimberly and Shane are the BEST!! This review comes a little late, but it's here now. I ordered an eGo kit from OSDIYS several weeks ago. One bat stuck "on" every time I depressed the button. I e-mailed and Kimberly sent me another, right away. Well, the replacement lasted less than a week! I was really getting frustrated, but Kimberly, again, made it right!
I can't say enough about the customer service at One Stop!!! Both bats are fine now.

I am so glad your equipment is working properly now! We have switched vendors in hopes this doesnt happen again and all the old crud is gone back to them!
