I'm sitting at one week after I received my first e-cig. I had one traditional cigarette a couple days ago with my friend because we wanted to see what it was like now that we vape. It was terrible. I haven't had one out of urge, hell I haven't even had an urge. If you put a hundred cigarettes on a table and I needed nicotine, I would dig through them to find my PV.

I will say I'm pretty much addicted to this. I constantly stalk the mail man for new shipments once I know they are on island. I am on the forums all the time and already ran up a 50+ post count. I've spent probably $300 so far, but I think I'm setup pretty well now for 3-6 months depending on battery/atomizer life (have some spares).

I feel better physically, and mentally. I got my wife to quit smoking too, she hasn't had a traditional cigarette for 3 days and she has half a pack sitting in her purse. I haven't reached the point where I could taste/smell things perfectly again, but my lungs feel better and my acid reflux is almost gone (I had it bad for years). All in all, vaping is in our lives to stay and most of my success is due to this forum. I look forward to be a contributing member for a long time.

Thanks to all the people who helped guide me up until now and those who will continue to in the future.

It's nice to see both you and your wife doing this together,is she also using an E-Cig? I had the same acid problem and foods that i had to avoid i can now eat :)

Vape on !!

I quit cold turkey once for over a year, but she couldn't do it. In fact her smoking has kept me from trying to quit until now. She tried everything in the book to quit and failed. All it took this time was, here honey try this.. worked like a charm.

Congrats to both you and your wife! It's a great thing to be a quitter!! (warning tho: Don't drip and drive! It might spill on your pants LOL)

Call me cr(L)azy but I prefer to just fill up my cartridges than to drip =). My only regret is that I ordered enough Marineland blue foam to last a lifetime before I watched cozzicon's video saying how the flavor is altered with it. Should have went with the white stuff I almost bought.

To new users wondering if it costs $300 to do this, no.. it doesn't. I just went a bit crazy buying devices and extra parts. It doesn't hurt smokes are $10 a pack here so I can use the logic that I have a 650-700 dollar a month budget to stay equal to my previous habit. I never intended to save money, I just wanted to get my family smoke free.

My problem with polyfill is that it seems to get lots of stray strands in it, and it always seems I have 1/4 of the fluid left when it stops vaping strong. I was referring to white fluval foam vs the blue filter foam.. I believe both are used for aquarium filters.

If you check my youtube channel there are now two different fluval mods demonstrated. The second has show itself, for my uses, to be the best (for me).

White stuff is easy!! Its in your pillows!! My dogs rip apart pillows regularly so we have the stuff ALL over. But really and truly it is just fibrefill that's used to stuff pillows. At least that's what's worked for me!

Some peoples pillow stuffing will not be good,it could be bleached, it could be made off something that gives off toxic fumes.....all i'm saying is Vape Safe :vapor:
