what I did was I vaped but if it wasn't giving me the nic hit I wanted I smoked a cig. after a while of that as I didn't smoke cigs too often with vaping I just stuck to vaping. what I find that really helps is if you have a flavor you really enjoy vaping. once you find juices you really enjoy chances are you wont go back

Just an update. The last few days were a bit rough ! But maybe there is something about the 3s. Today is the last day to 4 weeks.Out partying all night til 3 am at bars and clubs where smoking is allowed and common. And actually I wasnt struggling anymore. I had actually promised myself I could have a cig if I really felt the urge. But I didnt as I had a feeling of not wanting to be a smoker. Felt good to come home and realise that my hair and clothes reeked of smoke, but that it didnt come from me. Another week of parties and drinkies ahead, but great start!

CONGRATULATIONS! Very glad you are making progress.

Today I started using my 1 mg nicotine. YAY! hoping to go to 0 nic around Christmas or early January.

Everyone experiences different problems/issues when trying to get off cigs, just try and stay focused on your goal of becoming smoke free and with vapings help, you'll get there. My vape gear has helped me kick a 40+ year habit, without it, I would still be rolling my own and coughing my guts up in the morning (smokin' is nuts).
Keep going, if your determined to stop smoking, you will get there.
All the best

I too am making a concerted effort to not smoke cigs anymore. I bought my vape back in February, quit cigs immediately for about a month and then started smoking cigs again. Didn't smoke at all for a month between August and September and then started up again. Finally back to vaping completely for the last 9 days now and feeling real good.

Aaarwhhh! Lovely! Just got home from another bar night out (here in KL everyone is a party smoker). Big deal was that a colleague sought me out earlier today saying "I need to quit - can you show me where to get the gear". I saw him last a few months ago at a meeting and it was nice to see that he was really wanting to do this. No way I was going to pick up a cig in front of him. Nice feeling that I might be able to help someone who really wants it (he has young kids, and I think it's really tough for him).
