today is the day, after 15 years of smoking cigs I have finally made it to a year with out smoking. I couldn't have done it with out my trusty reo and all the great info on this forum. reoville is a great place to live and has definitely helped me in my quitting. I feel like a million bucks with out the stinks anymore, I can bike, chase my 3 year old, don't have to go outside in the cold and rain, stink up the car, deal with my mom and girlfriend complaining. its a good life here. keep up the good work everyone :vapor:

Congratulations on the milestone! I think everyday we can go without a stinky is a day to be thankful for e cigs. I've was vaping while still smoking for almost 4 years and smoking total for over 40 years. Finally was able to kick them almost 10 weeks ago and wish I would have done so sooner. I can't wait to hit the one year mark!

stick with it you will get there. time flies and all of a sudden you will be at a year and even farther. I wish I would have quit sooner but in the end im just thankful I did. im only 32 so I have plenty more years to enjoy my non-smoking happy life

Congratulations! A whole year, that's fantastic! After 40 years of smoking I was thinking nothing in the world would ever help me quit, until I found vaping. And after vaping for only a couple of weeks, I got my first Reo and that cemented it. It feels so good being smoke free for 4 months now, and with the help of this forum and all the wonderful people here and my trusty Reos, I know I'll hit that year. Keep it up, and you'll hit year 2 without thinking about it.

I don't know about the Reo thing, whatever that is, but I am getting close to six months without stinkarettes (because of vaping) and every once in a while I think I might like one and I try to picture what it might be like―let's see―go out to the garage and sit beside the stinky garbage cans, light up (feel instantly nauseous), take a puff and wonder how deep to inhale, wait a bit, puff again without really tasting anything except maybe ashtray crap, feel dizzy, have a few more puffs without any flavor at all, cough, stub it out, open the garage door to air it out, greet my neighbor out playing with his toddlers who are waving away imaginary smoke, close the garage door, enter the house quickly so as not to let the stink in. return to my activity. Hmmm?
