One Year no Vap or any Nicotine

Got off cigarettes in 2011 ( thanks for vaping) and Vap free for little a year.
I do feel better overall and the urges for Nic have pretty much left me. I must say
I don't think I would ever got off of cigarettes if not for the vaping. Not trying to tell
anyone how to live their lives just giving a update on mine.

Yes, but it wasn't too bad as I remember going from cigarettes to Vap. Nothing like cold turkey

I've been doing Little things lately. Like when I go to the Store or the Bank, I take my Mod with me but I don't use it until I get home. Or Finishing my 1st cup of Coffee in the Mourning before I take a hit. It doesn't seem all that Bad.

And it Doesn't seem to be like when I was considering Quitting Smoking and I would do the Same Thing.

Congrats, I haven't kept track of it really but can't remember that last time I used my vape. I have been 0mg nic for more than a year and my desire to grab the vape has just sort of left me. Kind of an amazing feeling to no longer have that little voice in the back of your head filled with panic about forgetting your vape.
