Anyone vap in an airplane stall?

I'm NOT looking forward to a 16 hour flight coming up in two months!

Can anyone tell me if they've vaped in the bathroom stall of an airplane? I'd think that, being it's basically water vaper, the smoke detector wouldn't go off, but on another thread, someone mentioned hearing of a case where a person vapped in the bathroom stall on a plane, and the detector did go off!

So... vap in your seat, vap in the stall (vap in a box, vap with a fox... sorry... got carried away... I have small children!)

If you blow big clouds yes it will set the detectors off....
The best thing to do is stealth vape... meaning inhale to the lungs and hold it... let out slowly... not so much vape comes out that way.

I personally would do it in the stall (not saying it can't be done in the seat) but if you are worried... the privacy of the bathroom will make it easier to enjoy your vape... and besides these days.. who knows how people will react if they see what appears to be smoke coming from a passenger with her head under her blanket

I have vaped in airplane bathrooms, no problem. Just exhale your vapor down towards the floor, not in the area of the smoke detector.

I also know people who have SMOKED in airplane bathrooms by stuffing wet toilet paper in the smoke detector. Never tried this myself and do not recommend it, as it is illegal. Just saying, those things probably aren't as sensitive as we think they are.

I have vaped in the airplane bathroom as well. I held it in a little longer and exhaled toward the toilet. I felt slightly guilty.

yes, I've vaped in an airplane stall. didn't know if the vapor would trigger the alarm so I stealthed it. I even vaped in my seat a few times when I thought I could sneak it. vaping has saved me when on long trips. be cool and careful and you'll get away with it. hide the LED if you have one too!

I too vaped in the airplane bathroom. Just don't over do it to set off the detector. I was on a small plane and had people on top of me so I couldn't do it at my seat. The airport laterine is also great for lay overs I did it at DFW this week. Good luck. BTW-Milwaukee TSA broke my pcc! I haven't had a chance to try and fix it but it's bent all to hell.

I vaped on the flight to Japan too.... in the bathroom and secretly under the blanket on my seat...

Vape wherever you want to..just make sure you hold it for as long as you can, then you should get little to no vaper on the exhale.

It also helps if you have something of a 'stealth' ecig. In other words, it doesn't LOOK like a cigarette in size, shape, etc. and nothing lights up. I use my Ego in the movies, grocery store, etc. Nothing to light up so if someone peeks over at you, you're sucking on an inhaler or something, right?

Vaped in the airplane stall several times, never had a problem. I didn't have the guts to do it in my seat. With all the paranoia, I didn't want to take a chance on someone seeing me doing it and causing an issue.

I vape in my seat ALL the time. just don't blow vapor everywhere.. I hold it and then slowly release... Never had an issue, and I am on flights weekly... Middle seat or aisle seat

I sure hope you do well with the cancer treatments! My Dad is going through treatments for stage 4 colon cancer. I hate cancer so bad. Good luck friend...
