I think i have had 6 months tar free in my 1 year of vaping. Which is not good as i have really gone out of budget on this activity/hobby/necessity.
Ten things I like about vaping in this order
1. no tar
2. vapor
3. flavors
4. nicotine
5. fragrance and lack of cigarette smell
6. variety and options - i love box mods
7. enthusiasm and community
8. 21st century business and being able to witness its development (much like the internet itself)
9. the politics and bans
10. curiosity
Ten things i hate about vaping in this order
1. Juice in mouth, hand and everywhere
2. burnt flavor
3. the physics - fogging ohms, Newton and Eisenstein
4. the clearomizers
5. misfires
6. lack of flavor
7. expense - where i live a pack of analogues is for 1-3$ and shipping for Johnsons Creek costs about 100$
8. time requirement
9. size
10 phallicness of tube mods.
Before you judge me i will tell you that i am an idiot, a guy who studied science till high school, then law, became a lawyer practiced criminal law, then corporate law, then owned heavy metal record label, design studio, events company, recording studio, merchandising label, then did marketing for an IT company and now doing marketing for a sports brand. I am the least focused 29 year old you are bound to come across but i am constantly trying to change that.
That being said, I have FINALLY after a year of vaping invested in worthwhile product and now am happy.
I have had loads of ego bats of different sizes, 306's, 510's, i have bought and tried every type of clearomizer and cartomizer, atomizer, pass through available in the market and now been using 3 products with great success.
1. lavatube + dual coil with a tank on it
No leakage, no burnt flavor. The only problem i have is that it is quite big and isint great for travelling around with or using publicly. It would be great if someone could recommend a box mid with similar features and prices!!!
2. 2600 mah ego 3.7v battery with a low resistance stardust - This is fantastic, it lasts long and does not leak, easy to fill and totally rules. I think the stardust gives me about 80% of the flavor i get on a dewicked and debridged 510 atomizer, but i don't have to constantly drip, which gets really cumbersome and time consuming, plus carrying the bottle becomes a little painful, also while working or chilling, reading or watching a movie one has to break concentration and stop everything and drip two dumb drops in the thing....gah, i know people love it but it really gets to me sometimes.
3. The 5v Big Kazoo - This was my first mod, works beautifully with a 510 atomizer but i have a lot of misfires on it, i think its the battery connection, but what ever it is get quite annoying to get a dry/mis hit. Also it requires dripping and the battery life has not been the best for me as it uses 2 14500s. But it a box mod i really like them. I think they look really cool.
I really like to thank every one on this forum for sharing, really, it has helped a lot. Although i have posted anything I have been finding info for mere on a regular basis and it is probably the only reason that i stuck around to get to products I like else I would have given up a long time ago.
