I saved my bottle of Desert Cowboy to see what it would taste like after 1 year. Yes folks, it's 1 year old. Holy Moly this stuff is good. I had some hopscotch that made it to 8 months before I let myself get too low and had to vape it. It was like liquid gold. Now I have another bottle I bought for the sole purpose of aging it a year, and have promised never to get low enough on hopscotch to need to raid it until Feb next year.

I have to agree with David...like well aged fine wine. I have a bottle of Mango that's getting close to 1 year old also. Smells wonderful but not letting myself indulge in it until 1 year.
