I haven't ordered from them yet, but they are or at least were registered with ECF and had positive posts from ECF members last time I checked.

I second that Fasttech comment. I waited nearly a month for my MVP from them which never even shipped out from China due to some battery issue I believe... They're prices are some of the lowest around however, which is the only reason I'm giving them a second shot.
