Online Vendors who accept PayPal

I made the switch about 6 weeks ago. On April 1, I made my first on-line purchase of supplies. On April 14 I noticed a charge on my bank account that was not familiar. I called the bank and it was a Point of Sale card swipe purchase at a gas station from the day before in Arizona that I did not make. Of course, my card was deactivated. I tried not to jump to conclusions, but after 25 years of never having a problem on my account, it was hard not to wonder. A couple of weeks later I have my new card and I make another purchase from the first online vendor I used (and, btw, the only purchase made with this new card). Low and behold, the bank calls me a couple of days ago and want to know if I am trying to purchase over $300 dollars worth of clothing with my new card in some clothing shop in the UK!! No, I am at work in Alabama. So, once again, I am waiting for a new card. In the meantime, I have done some research (Google is a wonderful tool!) and credit card theft seems to be an on-going problem for the ecig online industry. While I am sure there are more reputable vendors out there than crooks, does anyone know of any vendors that accept PayPal as a form of payment? I can't seem to find any.

Unfortunately, Paypal will not allow vendors in the U.S. to use the service. If you find one, it's either someone using their private account and they're trying to fly under the radar, or it's a company out of the country like Fasttech or Liberty-Flights.com (Liberty ships their U.S. product from California but does business in the U.K.) where Paypal still allows e-cig transactions. Companies in the U.S. that try to use Paypal get their account frozen and suspended. Browse through the general forums, there are plenty of threads like this one that have suggestions on how to protect yourself while ordering online.
