Not sure whats going on here if I dont space the wires just right like in the video when I wrap it around the wick can this cause an OP error? The wire is not broke so im not sure whats going on.

Oh I understand now. Yes I just unscrewed my atty from it and it says OP. Try it on a different PV and see if it fires, if not you did something wrong. I haven't got my iAtty yet so I can't give any more info.
It could be that, or it could be that the adpater on your ProVari isn't making contact with the 510 connection of the iAtty.
the other circumstance where the Provari would display OP would be if iAtty's resistance is higher than 9.9ohms.
Check your coil wires are not touching each other or any part of the metal casing as this can cause the the op error.

I get that ocasionaly as well. Unscrewing the top cap the loosening the cone the righting again usually does it for me
