It's definitely less harmful. But there are certain chemicals you should avoid such as diacetyl etc, commonly found in creamy flavors.

vaping allows me to wean off ciggs greatly. I only smoke socially now, if at all. It allows for better smelling breath, and you don't stink all the time. You don't feel like your lungs are always too heavy too.

Vaping primarily serves as a function for me to get off analogs which works.. Can't stand analogs anymore, not even the 2nd hand smoke.. It's also a hobby now, the constant want to try new flavors and try new mods.. It's a heck lot of fun! And hey I don't stick of smoke now and I taste n smell better! And plus vaping requires U to drink lots of water, don't think that's a bad thing either,
Considering I used to hardly drink much water anyway haha.

I vape to quit smoking. Flavors don't pique me. Clouds don't interest me. If I could quit smoking AND vaping, I would.

Coiling, rewicking, refilling, etc. are all hassles to me, not a hobby.

But to answer OP's question, it is safer than cigarettes in my opinion. Not only to myself (btw, I don't give a damn if I croak from cigarettes or something else) but more importantly, to those around me. That is an indisputable fact that vaping is safer for THOSE AROUND US as compared to smoking.

Well I look at it as having something to do.. Fussing over flavors and set ups etc does take my mind off work sometimes, as can be quite stressful at times. But u r right.. If can quit both why not? U do sounds like someone with lots of determination and conviction, wish u the best in quitting both. In the meantime let me chill out and enjoy my mothers' milk. lol
Peace out

Ya but I dun get it.. If nicotine is not addictive, then what the hell was I addicted to? Or was there no addiction at all? Just some propaganda bull.... that made me think I was addicted so I continue smoking?

The other additives and chemicals besides nicotine?

1) By itself, nicotine is not HIGHLY additive. If it is, wouldn't the doctors and researchers who administer nicotine to subjects to test the effects against Alzheimer, Parkinson's, Tourette's be in breach of the Hippocratic oath?

2) If nicotine is HIGHLY additive, why is it that so many people on ecf (as far as I've read) are able to drop their nic levels. Some quite quickly. And remember, vaping is not as efficient as smoking in delivering/absorbing nic.

3) Now Chia, honestly, does vaping give you the same satisfaction as smoking? For me, NO. But, at 24 or 36mg, SIMULATE the satisfaction required to keep me off cigarettes. The higher nic content for me, replaces the role of the other chemicals/additives in cigarettes.

4) To be frank, I'm half sussed. Too much drinking. I could give other reasons why nicotine is not the devil. But I'll leave this as the final point: I'm currently at 24-36mg, but I can PROBABLY stop if I want to. Vaping doesn't scratch my back anymore. Cause I'm over cigarettes and the chemicals. My back don't itch no more. I vape now because I'm a creature of habit, not because I DESPERATELY want/need it.

I'm no doctor/researcher/scientist. But I sure as hell know my body/needs more than them.

hey well said.. I do notice when I was on analogs I had to light up everytime I had a chance to do so.. otherwise I would feel icky..
but now due to the nature of public vaping laws.. I can go hours w/o vaping..I suspect we are all more addicted to the feeling of holding a stick in our hands and blowing smoke/cloud out later.. lol
