PITA to fill yes, until I got small needleless syringe for about 10cents and I have it filled in less than 10 seconds..I've got 3 of them, none of which have caused me any problems, nothing but vaping heaven with them...even handle 100vg extremely well.

Im planning on getting one. I have both the Protank 2 and the Davide and really prefer the Davide. True you have to have a needle top but they are cheap and only takes a second to put on.

Did you need to do anything to them for them to handle the VG? I loved mine (regular size Davide) at first when I was using 50/50, but I tried putting in some 100% VG and now I'm getting some burnt taste even after switching two new heads.

For 100 percent VG I would remove both of the flavor wicks that sit on top of the coil. That should do the trick.

I rewick all my heads with 100% sterile rolled cotton...no need for flavor wicks as the cotton fluffs up nice when soaked with juice, since I've switched to cotton with no flavor wicks, I've had 0 issues with 100% VG. I highly suggest it.
