Open Source liquid

Hi,
I have a chemical laboratory where the liquid to produce the electronic cigarette. We have developed a liquid flavored tobacco
analyzing the smoke of the traditional cigarette.
Being Italian I'm not interested in the American market
and so if anyone is interested in having
can contact me in private.
I have intention to implement a sort of "liquid open source to improve the work of all
This way you can make your liquid
without having to buy it. The real cost of a liter of fluid is about 10 euro/14 dollar
I would say that I have no intention of selling the liquid but only to give the opportunity for people to realize it by themselves.
Is there someone in the forum is concerned that the development of a liquid "open source"?

Hi Taylor,
i haven't the permission to post into another section yet.
I'm new user. I do at least 15 posts if I remember the rules
of this forum. We could start to talk here then ask the
moderator to move the discussion in the appropriate section.
I think it is a good idea to promote the use of electronic
cigarette. If you can make your homemade liquid I think it
is a good result. In Italy I sell my liquid but surely I
could do other versions of the tobacco flavor following
your suggestions. As you can see I have some difficulty with
the English language but I will do my best.

Yes i live and work in Italy and i have no intention to sell my liquid in the USA. I think that in a forum "people helps people" without money.

Well, I think they are about the same. Not everyone konws about those programs so I posted it up.

I use Google for Chinnese, and it seems there is times that there isn't a word for the English language.

I have talked to people all over the world, and have used translators plenty of times. You may not get 100% accross, but the other person on the other side normaly understands what your trying to get accross.

shipping for us to us = not so bad

solution based on above shipmentsay 6x people want to play DIY thus 6x liters they all ship to the same address that person gets the shipment and then breaks apart and ships to the rest of people in the US

problems with solution outlined above
trust of main person to ship stuff out quick without screwing w it
trust of cash ( how to handle payment )
customs stopping the shipment to the us ( all of it gets held instead of 1 of 6 or 3 of six everyone gets puckered

He's not selling it, so there is no shipping involved. He is just sharing the information on how to make it yourself.
