So, I tried to order yesterday, around 11 a.m. (PST), and the store was closed. I tried again later that day with similar results. Today, now, it's 11 a.m. (PST), and the store is closed.
Is the order capacity just filling quicker, or, are you guys closed for some occurrence that I didn't see? I ordered about two weeks ago at around this time with no issues. Any suggestions?

Basically they shut it down temporarily while their tech savvy wookies secure the site. It's better to be safe than sorry.
Ah, that maybe explains why my credit card information got stolen... I never would have thought it came from AV, I thought it from somewhere else.

Lev, someone asked about doing a phoned it order over on one of the Reddit threads. Ben said that it wouldn't solve the problem since they'd still have to use the same payment system that's in question at the moment and put people's CC info at risk.

The only reason I deviated from my regular ordering from AV was the lack of availability, and not wanting to contribute to Ben's death via stress overload. It seemed that they had found a comfort level with order capacity limits, and business was moving along as usual... thus I ordered another bottle, for ole time's sake.
Yet now, some villain has come and stolen their ability to offer the juice I cherish, and I'm back to square one. Good thing this time around I have my DIY to sustain me.
I refrain in my frustration, and will channel it towards something more productive.

My num got stolen too, just got off the phone with my bank, they woke me up calling twice. No biggie, they asked me to verify which purchases and sending me out a new one. Somehow the fact I heard about this ordeal before it happened to me, cushioned the blow. Otherwise Id have thought I was being targetted.
and Ben, when you get around to reading this I want you to know this wont deter me from ordering from you in e future! I'll just take more precautions like using a virtual cc number or visa gift card or something. I'm sorry this happened to you and us, but stuff happens in life. You still have a loyal customer with me buddy.

I was wondering why the site wasn't open for the past 2 days. I hope the issue gets resolved quickly and effectively. Im on my last few ml's of BB. I need 100ml of 24mg STAT...
Just got a notification from my bank today too. =( Same fraudulent charges as others... Christian Singles & Napster. I didn't even know Napster still existed. lol... Thankfully my bank is pretty 'on the ball' with catching fraudulent activity. Sad that I went through this about a year ago from a Google Play transaction. Sad as well that we have to go through these headaches, Ben & AVE included. Guess I'll have to get one of the pre-paid cards to keep it from happening again. At least I'm not in as bad of shape as some. I still have about 20ml of Boba's and 15ml of GJ to carry me through.

lol Lev.... It's better than all of those that have none!! Then again, rationing sucks! lol... It's alright though, just gives me more motivation for experimenting with flavors in DIY.
I used to think this. In fact, I felt like I needed the stuff so bad, I would go to any lengths to get it. Even now that they're back online (I did procure two bottles
) I'm glad that I make my own stuff as well. It's hard to justify spending so much money on e-liquid when one can make it at a much lesser cost. However, it's nice to spoil one's self with a couple of bottles from a master mixer.
