"Validated" in this case I believe means validated by Authorize.net, i.e. payment has been validated. I imagine the next status would be shipped, and that your order is fine. Those of us who had a problem yesterday never got the "validated" status.

ah i see...i was right in the middle of all the problems right along with ya......guess i just got lucky.

I buy for me and my wife. A total of 100ml of BB and 100ml of GJ. I was actually thinking of ordering another 100 of each just to have 1 steeping while we were vaping the other bottles. This will last us 3-4 weeks. Is that borderline hoarding? I feel a little guilty here.
Not only no but NO! Don't feel guilty. Even if you order gallons, don't feel guilty. There are no ordering limits that I'm aware of. You ordering 2 bottles or 12 does not limit anyones ability to order. The closed sign does. The hoarding accusations sorta remind me of "are you going to share with the whole class"? Vape on, glad you got your juice. ;)

i always keep 200 ml of BB on hand. i dont feel guilty in the least.....now if it were something that was given out free...sure id probably get less so someone else can get some but the way i see it my hard earned money is the same as yours and i pay just like you so...."hording"? not so much. Having some backup steeping? of course but i love BB straight out the box too so.

Has anyone who ordered yesterday and was told by the payment system to contact the vendor even get a reply from ave? I didn't. I'm not sure what time they closed yesterday, but my confirmation email was sent to me at 8:23:13 Cali time. Pretty sure they were still open since they opened at around 8:20 Cali time. Got my refund a few hours ago today...

Update Time!

We are remaining closed for a couple of weeks as we work on finishing our new website. The payment system issues are coinciding with the website redesign, as such, we are using the website redesign as an opportunity to start from the ground and work our way up. This will allow us to take a step back and design the website with quite a bit more freedom.

For the time being we are closed. This means no payments are being taken at this time in any way/shape/form. Our sole avenue for payments is via our credit card processor and that system is offline until we reopen. We apologize for the outage and will work on getting the website and payment system back online as a priority.

We will keep you updated with more information as it becomes available.
