That's what I was getting earlier. As of now however the order is not showing up on the website at all. It's a bit worrisome. But I did get a confirmation email from AVE and my card was charged, so I'm hoping for the best.
yep my order is not showing now either. the charge is still pending on my credit card. dont know what to do.
Orders Placed After We Close.

I can see from my 96 new help desk tickets, that I need to add a general information release on our closed sign and orders.
If you place an order after we have closed, you have not paid for it.
That is the bottom line. You WILL get an e-mail showing that you have placed an order on our website. This ONLY means we have a record of the order. Not that it is paid for. Further more, the longer these orders sit in the system the more likely they are to be deleted. This is something our system does automatically for unpaid orders to keep organized.

Additionally, any error you might receive is due to our being closed at the time of your order, nothing more. In light of our recent security issues I can understand some trepidation. However, those concerns should be expressed before placing an order not after, and not after placing an order while we are closed.
